Hello my Christopher,

Today if you were still at our house and in our world would be your 16th birthday so it is a special day for me to dream of you and have such wonderful memories about your wisdom, your always ready smile, your love of everyone you met and your joy of getting to know everyone who came in your path. I was thinking today about the joy of holding you and our love of each other as we worked together to comfort each other-you in your physical pain sometimes and me in my mother anguish of doing whtever I could to give you relief and then the pure joy of no pain and just appreciation of life and each other's presence. It has been a blessing and still is to be your mom. Thank you my dear and Happy Birthday. Love you. Mom
